Ryan, you can download a lot of their older tests for free.
I`m not sure if it`s social responsibility or only a clever way of marketing that obsolete tests are still on their servers for the public. "Warentest" focuses on a product`s performance whereas "Ökotest"`s focus is mainly searching for potential toxins. For examle a dandruff shampoo has been rated "good" by Ökotest (no dangerous ingredients found) and the same product was rated "poor" by Warentest because it was not effective to reduce dandruff at all. |

I purchased the magazine, the test was a very interesting read. The Gorenje failed (actually all three of the machines tested). It wasn't a big surprise, the BOL Gorenje machines feel and sound very flimsy so I noticed a few times in a German appliance store. Cheap and good was Beko. Very worth considering!
