more closer to 1978-80ish GE.....the woodgrain gives it away.....suprised to see the tall control panel for a BOL machine...

this is a 1985 control panel....

wood grain isn't the only determiner.

The chrome trim in the 80s was made awkwardly larger than the back splash frame. Why? And those didn't start until sometime into the 80s.

Also, my parents had the TOL GE set from 1985 with the Mini-Quick, and it had the wood grain.

You can see in the pic, the chrome trim is larger, and sticks out wider than the back splash. It was sloppy, I don't know why they did that.(?)

1978 trim

was more geometric. There were no curves to tie into the metallic hood.

here the light actually reflects on the edge of the backsplash because the trim is cleanly fit to it, not overlapping it.
