Just in time for the Thanksgiving dinner dishes!  If you need to do 367 racks of dishes per hour.  Come Christmas Santa could wash his sleigh in it! LOL. 

This is the largest and highest capacity model of Hobart's Ontario Canada built C-line A dishwashers.  It features a true power prewash then a power wash and power rinse followed by the usual 180f final rinse.  A hot air or steam dryer could be added to this machine as well as a corner loader or unloader.  Other options included gas or steam tank heat, high hood machines and the ability to field convert to chemical sanitizing.  

The only DW that could out produce it is a flight machine.  Hobart also offered this as they did all of the C-line A machines as a fastrack carousel rack conveyance system dishmachine.  

IIRC these were sometimes used where high productivity was needed but there was no room for a flight DW
