The blue arrow is telling you where to pour in the water for the built-in clothes sprinkler feature.

at first, i thought it was pointing to the lint trap. but after reading your post and looking at the listing again, i do see that it says "sprinkler" on it.

so, i wonder where the lint filter/trap is on this dryer. it is very unusual and i just LOVE the colors of the timer on this dryer!!!

The lint filter is in the dryer's door, just like it is on all 1961-70 Frigidaire dryers.
