$180?  We paid less than $50 for ours new in 1987 -- this exact model.

It went with us to two more homes and ended up at the laundry sink in the garage at our last house, where the spout ended up freezing in place, fortunately centered over the sink.

I would not pay $180 for one, NOS or off the shelf, even if I didn't own a dishwasher.

they used to be heroine addicts, but now they're just methadone addicts...(price reality-speaking)

I paid $145 and thought I got a great deal.

I have been pricing kitchen faucets and you can't touch a decent one for under $200.  If you want anything nice it's much more so I thought I got a really good deal.  Plus I like the look in my kitchen.  Mine is not a Vintage one but a new one that is identical in looks to the old ones.  I bought it on eBay from a guy who said he bought it but never installed it.  It came new in the box, complete.  There are a few others out there less but they are either used or missing parts.

I have never had one before and I really like it.  I bought it for all those things that don't go in the dishwasher.  I don't have to pull out the soap or fill the sink with water.  I just press the button and I'm very happy with it.

ebay is too expensive most often and personally, when someone says, "on eBay it sold for",it's not some law. I think, just me, that if you're going to spend the eBay price for this Dishmaster plus the shipping, it would behoove you to consider buying new from the online site for options and warranty. Your price is good, Chach. Anyways, it's what you wanted. I have friends that would just buy retail, never thinking to wait for a sale, let alone consider used. Good site - I have never been there and I didn't know they still made the classic Dishmaster.
