Ralph - I can easily answer that. When creating an ad, if one isn't careful, as I have been once, the city of choice is easily bypassed if you weren't paying attention. It's easy to make a mistake when creating the ads, although you wouldn't nor would many. So, unless this poster wasn't paying attention, he was sitting in the San Luis Obispo CL area when they decided to post and ignored the city specifications...it's how it happened to me. I was surfing CL, ended up in NW Georgia, and when I went to post, I didn't pay attention and my ad went to NW Georgia. Otherwise, I doubt if they are aware that they're posting in another city. I can't think of why they would WANT to post in San Luis Obispo intentionally.

The map associated with the ad highlights an area on the outskirts of SLO. Maybe the ad ended up on Sacto CL by mistake and the seller really did want to post on SLO CL. If the seller doesn't discover their error, these interesting machines could end up scrapped due to presumed lack of interest.
If the machines are indeed located in SLO, they already have two strikes against them. It's called "SLO-Town" for a reason. I can't imagine any post on SLO CL could ever generate enough interest to cause even a hiccup in broadband traffic flow.
