Nice machines. Dryer is a 1968 LK, and the Maytag is an A606 from 1972-74. | ||

68 LKM Gas Dryer
Very Cool Dryer, This model was the only dryer ever made with a Duel Level Modulating Gas Burner, when you selected Del temperature it reduced the input BTUs as well as the exhaust temperature and as the clothing dried the flame size reduced down from this lower starting level. The electric versions of this dryer used a unique heater element that had Three heating elements.
You can see why whoever bought this pair originally did not get the MT dryer that matched the washer. | ||
