Interesting story,  but without seeing some interior shots it would be hard to prove the claim.

There is a reflection of a 1955 Imperial Frigidaire range on the side of the fridge as well. Wonder what the story is?

The bottom of the page says that the companion stove is available on eBay.

Wonder if this is something that has been in a studio's prop shop since new? That could explain an unused condition; fridges on movie and TV sets aren't allowed to run, because the compressor sounds are picked up by the mikes.

Well I bid on both, I hope it is worth the gamble? If it's true, and the fridge is perfect, it will be worth it. However, no pictures of interior.....

Marty,

Those look great. The exterior condition looks like they're new. If I didn't have a much older house, I would want them.

If this was never used, how does the seller know it still works?

I am assuming unused means unused, but tested.

Anyone else?

Is there anyone out there who will be going for these? No point in paying more than we should. We can talk about our intent financially, and not let it fly past..... I have mistakenly driven the price up on a fellow member, and discovered that point later. I regret that.

Marty

Goatfarmer....

How did you find these in the sea of frigidaire stuff out there? How did you type the search? Things only appear depending on the wording of the search.....

When I go to EBay, a page comes up with the auctions of some of the things I've been following. It appeared on that page.

I know who got the fridge; I'm wondering if someone here got the stove. I wish these had been on the East coast; they're absolutely stunning!
