Ralph,

That's a 1933 model CA2-A16. Someone has installed a relay from a B16 on it though. The CA machines were built in 1933 and 34. The series A looks like a soup can, the B series looks like the later CK series tops. I have no idea why they're asking $450 for something that doesn't work, the shelves are gross, etc.

I mean seriously, what's wrong with California people thinking all their stuff is worth so much? I am just jealous.

Awfully expensive ammo storage fridge-just get a dead one from an appliance place or the trash for FREE if you want it for ammo storage.How are you going to use the fridge as a safe?

Thanks Travis.  I was just curious because the controls look so ancient for the vintage of this box. 

 

It seems that around here, that asking price is average.  I see non-working rust buckets MTs going for $250 on CL all the time.

 

Sigh.  To think I bought my working late '20s double door for $5 back in the '70s . . .
