Was cruising around Craigslist's appliance section and happened upon these units. Most of the older machines around here seem to be 90s DD Whirlpool/Kenmore machines with the occasional Westinghouse or Maytag.

Roughly what year would this washer have been made? I've been in touch with the seller, as I'm interested in the washer to get my desired small collection off the ground. He's asking $75 for it, says it works beautifully and is only being replaced because his girlfriend's aunt wanted a FL. Is that good price?

I'm not really interested in the Hotpoint dryer, but could get info on it for anybody who may be. The pair is located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

The washer is a 90-93 model. A model and serial number would tell when it was made.

That has the fast, short stroke transmission.

I bought the washing machine. Will take delivery of it later this week and will make a thread over in Deluxe for it. I'm super excited for the first of 4 must find washing machines!

Bloomsburg, PA is where Magee Carpet used to be made. I think the Magee Hotel is still there.
