Overpriced because  1) The legs have been amputated, 2) The cooling unit is not the original, and 3) The market for these heavy two-door behemoths is limited.

 

The cabinet is my favorite type, though, with the long spade-shaped hinges and nickel trim.

That cabinet never had legs. There were numerous cabinet builders that made cabinets for General Electric back in the earlier years. I've never seen that cabinet before in person. Ralph is correct that the original cooling unit would've been an open coil model. They must've had problems with the original model at sometime and replaced it with the CK35 that is there. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that model except that it's not as cool looking as the original. If the interior shelves are there I would say it's a fair price.
