does any one remember the whirlpool of the 60`s or 70`s having long spray rinses,i just remember as a kid that whirlpools had long sprays,or was it my imagination? |

Most Whirlpool and Kenmore washers of 60's and 70's vintage had four intermittent 7-second spray rinses over the course of a two, three or four minute spin between the wash and the rinse. The final spin had two or four more 7-second spray rinses, depending on whether the timer dial incremented once every 60 or 120 seconds.
