Kevin, Yes, Lustrons were all-metal (completely, totally) homes, manufactured in the late 1940's. They were manufactured in what had been the Tucker automobile plant in Cicero, IL. This one was the two-bedroom Westchester model. | ||

Wow; just wow!
That one in the listing shown by pulltostart is in great condition. It could very well be a modern building for all I could tell!
What I wonder is about acoustics? If all the panels are sheet metal, I hope they have insulated it in such a way as to muffle the otherwise thin-sounding walls.
