You will understand the price when you realize where you have to go to get it. I read today that the average speed of traffic in NYC in 4.7 mph. Maybe somebody who already lives in that mess will buy it. | ||

Am down that way all the time (Tribeca/SoHo/FiDi (once called Wall Street area), and yes while traffic during weekdays maybe bad, evenings, nights and weekends are another matter.
Seller isn't far from the Holland Tunnel, Brooklyn, Williamsburg or Manhattan bridges. Or for that matter really the Lincoln Tunnel. Someone could easily make arrangements to collect on a weekend morning (or anytime on weekend) or late weeknight, be in and out back on the road in very little time. | ||
