I've never seen machines like these before so I thought they might interest someone here. They look a little rough but the truth could be much worse. The seller is asking $150.00 for the pair.

1950 or so washer, the dryer matches the first Whirlpool auto washer - so guessing 48-49? Both look to have been sitting outside for quite sometime.

The Whirlpool s arrived in Palm Springs this afternoons.
Both in rough shape but the agitator moves and tub turns , drum rotate s on
The dryer. Will clean them up tomorrow

The washer has the red marbled agitator. Here are pictures pardon the dirt

What a great Christmas present.

They been in the same house in Fontana Calif. since they were installed in the 50s.. They been sitting outside for the last three years

I'd like to see

the insides of the dryer if you get a chance. And the washer too.

There is need to lubricate the blower fan shaft located in the upper left if you open the back up. It probably has never been done.
