A very sweet 92 year old woman I know is now in Hospice Care.  She knows I enjoy playing around with vacuum cleaners so she called me today and told me go pick up her vacuum at her home.  She said it would be sitting the entry way.  When I walked in, this is what I found!  It appears to have had little use.  But her house is immaculate and everything is regal and perfect. 

She's trying to sell her 9' Steinway Grand Piano and asked if I could help find a buyer (which I have found in one day!).  She's had the piano since 1984.  It has original ivory keys (not plastic).  The action was built in Germany.  The piano, like everything in her home, is in immaculate condition.  It plays beautifully and the action is much lighter than other Steinways that I've played.

I did spy a newer Kenmore DD washer and matching dryer that I would be willing to buy.  Her son is going to have an estate sell.  I hope I can pick it up before then!  She has very elegant tastes, so buyers will find some very nice pieces.
