After the 3rd rescheduling to fix this recalled Samsung washer that won't spin (out of balance, exploding washer recall), I'm looking just to do it myself and be done. Model wa456drhdsu/aa. Samsung said someone has to come out and "reinforce" the suspension. Is this a replacement part or is someone just going to put foam pads in it? How is this done?
