It sure looks nice and clean. I remember seeing a bunch of those slipcovered, especially the upper plate, in aluminum foil to make cleaning easier. They were generally next to the Fresh O Mat where buns were rejuvenated through three pumps of the handle to create steam. I think these with the upper plate were popular for making grilled sandwiches fast.
