I have saw a video online stating Speed Queen's deal of the decade has been extended to 12/31. This information is also available on that company's website. Can anyone else confirm if this is true? If so, great news! It looks like this place may be an authorized online retailer too for those who cannot find it in their area. Link to video referenced is below.

Wow! Even the TC5000 gets a 10-year warranty. That's awesome.

There is a dealer just west of here that is advertising $899, but it's not clear what model.

I have no interest in SQ topload washers,  but there are deals to be had it appears.

Edit - Found another ad from the same store, looks like it's the agitub model for $899 but the transmission model looks to be $100 more.  (Worth it!)

There's also a used agitub style for $350

It is still humorously painful that I had my TC5000 delivered three days before SQ announce they were extending the warranty from three years to ten years. :-)

$949 seems outrageous for that dryer ... but I haven't bought any new major appliances since 2004 so what do I know ...

Hi Ladd, did you call SQ and see if they will extend your warranty to 10 years?, it will not hurt to try, Also if you or the dealer did not register your washer the dealer can probably get you the longer warranty.

That would be amazing if they extended it to the end of the year. However after looking at that link and their website, I have a few questions. I remember when the TC5 came out, it was only going to be available to dealers who had the entire TR line on the sales floor. This places website doesn't even have ANY TR models, only the TC5 and the coin op version. Also I cannot find any other info anywhere suggesting this has been extended, not even on the SQ website.
