 This pair is on the Desert Craigslist (Palm Desert). Ad says "washer stopped". Could be minor, could mean next stop the scrap pile. Hard to tell from photo if front of washer is damaged or just dirty. That water heater installation scares me, but what da ya want for $100? I can see why the dryer is "amazing". During the summer when it's 120 degrees that outdoor location would allow you to use the "air only" setting and get pretty much the same results as "heat".  >> $100 is a lot of money for 1/2 of a 40 year old set that's non-functional. Seems like a reasonable price to me. Split the cost and say the dryer is $75 for a working, electronic control dryer, and that's better than Craigslist average for a working dryer. And $25 for the washer in non-working condition is a good deal too - you could easily make that money back and then some by parting it out if it wasn't deemed fixable. | ||
