Does anyone have the part number for a 1979 GM Frigidaire electric dryer thermostat model DEC-5? Are they still available and or have a link to the part? Many thanks! |

First of all there are two TSs a safety and an operating, it will be fairly easy to match up a replacement with the old part in hand. You are not as likely to find it with the original part #.
You are probably getting ahead of yourself, there is only a 10% chance that if someone says there dryer needs a TS that it actually needs one. Ask the seller WHY they think it even needs a TS, it is one of the least likely parts to fail of these dryers. John L. |
