The price seems good. Doesn't look too dirty. Nice Grill-A-Vator broiler. Cast iron burners, a big plus over aluminium. Is that one of those "periscope" things for the oven? In Chino, near Riverside but not too-near Los Angeles.

Joe, that looks like a Hi-Vue window to me!  I love those!

Sounds like the oven needs something other than a "gas line" if the stove top works.

I do like those cast iron burners.  The wells appear to be cast iron too.  Are they?  If so, it's impossible to over-use this range -- as if the pictures don't already indicate as much.

I wish my sister would consider something like this and dump her frumpy white Wedgewood.

I didn't read the part about the oven not working...a gas line??? I'd write Betty Crocker and ask if you can broil a cake.

I noticed that there are three types of burner grates.  It looks like the one with the hole in it has break in its ring.

Were these grates burner-specific or could they be located anywhere on the stove top?

Nice retro color. It looks quite clean as well.
It does look like it weighs a lot.

The oven doors look like 1950s 24" GE.

Is it actually 48" wide?
