The idler looks crooked. It probably spun off the bushing. Replace the idler and belt. | ||

Belt Ware
As the belt wears thinner, the play in that pulley becomes greater.
Easiest repair might be to change the belt. Or facet a bumper out of something like a car door protector.

Replaced the idler arm, idler pulley and belt and now all is fine again. Thanks for all the help | ||
