That stove was probably purchased at O'Neil's in Akron....and is actually a Duracrest (May Department Stores house brand). Got fooled by the Duracrest, Detroit, MI address on the model sticker---obviously that was Kelvinator's address. We had a friend with a basement refrigerator in St. Louis that was about the same vintage--Duracrest from Famous-Barr.
