Mention is made in the features of a plastic lint filter that is never in the way and snaps out. I guess it is not shown in the picture. Has anyone ever seen it? Is it as weird as the lid-mounted lint filter EASY used earlier?

Hi Tom. Maybe the lint filter is like the one in this Mexican Easy washer. It is an interesting machine -- a Kenmore-ish control panel on an Easy solid tub washer.

Nice machine

I actually had possession of this very model and it was a good, rugged well running machine. Me wonders what happened to Easy in the United States anyway. Looks like they still made machines in Mexico for a time after they did here.

Thanks, Rich. So the Easy had to fill to overflowing for the recirculating lint filter to work.

Rich might be spot-on, I'd forgotten about that cool Mexican Easy video.

In the POD, there is a filter/spout at about 11 o'clock that could be it on this model.

Thanks for pointing it out, Greg.
