1.) Those are the only ones I saw, Tom.

2.) Are these Raytheon machines? I know they pre-date the Goodman built units. But I have gotten lost in soap opera of Speed Queen ownership/production. I think they are older than McGraw-Edison, but unsure about the possibility of them being Alliance.

Was Laundress who gave us the history of Speed Queen, Amana saga??

They are alliance built machines from the mid 2000’s.

The Alliance sticker is visible on the underside of the washer lid.  I think these are the "first generation" of Alliance SQ.  I purchased my SQ pair in 2010 and they are the next console design, but there was a demonstration washer, with open construction and plexiglass panels, on display in the showroom, and it was a washer like the one offered for sale here.

I was not limiting my categories any more than you were.

In spite of not being past tense, I still found myself expecting an entirely different account.

I purchased a newer Speed Queen/Alliance washer, I found on Craigslist, and put an Amana/Goodman control panel on it so it would match my Amana dryer and it would also then have a warm rinse. The wiring, and color coding, was identical.

The older Amana control panel had a slightly different plug on the end of the wiring harness, so I changed that. But the color coding of all the wires, except one, was the same.

The Amana control panel is just slightly wider than the body of the Speed Queen washer, so the outer body of the Speed Queen is slightly smaller than the Amana/Goodman's. the difference is barely noticeable, probably not noticeable at all to anyone who wasn't looking specifically for it.
