So finally doing a before and after. Here’s the before. Highlighting some of the dirtiest items, and showing what’s been passing for a full dishwasher. The square pans had meatloaf baked in them. Sadly some Lilly livered dish rinser got to the gravy pan... I used two scoops of the green stuff in the prewash cup, 2 tablespoons, and a Lemi-shine pod dropped in the silverware basket. The main wash got cascade fryer boil poured in until it was level with the full line. The Jet Dry dispenser is full... As for the cycle, we have Heavy Steam and heated dry. Had the Sani Steam thermostat not called in rich last month, you can bippity-boppity bet your ass we’d have signed up for that class as well... we’ll be back, and don’t hold your breath, as we’ll be waiting a good while, so stay tuned for ‘As the Cycle Ends’... I promise to show the good, the bad, and hopefully not, but if it is, the ugly.

Well it’s either patting this one here out to a sparkling finish, or baking those yibbles and bits on for the long haul...

Alas! Silence...

Dishwasher must be done!

Well everything came out sparkling sans a couple tribal dissidents, as you’ll see. And as you’ll also see, not a single yibble or bit on a thing, not even the bottom of a cup! That big flat container has been permanently disfigured, and it’s been stained badly, but I think that’ll come out over time and use of my preferred detergent in the main wash.

Well Reggie, if the machine is rendering good results and you can stand the noise, have fun with it.  These are very handsome dishwashers that make a positive impression in the kitchen, and they can dry the pants off of any other dishwasher out there.

Be sure to keep us posted on how things are going in Themadoria.  I'm mean, that's a place, not an affliction (yet), right?

As long as it is not Tralfamadore. That bowl did not look well cleaned in Reply #4 though, and what is that stuck on the fork in the left hand silver basket?

Well Reggie, you get BobLoad certification.  Looks like how I used to load our 1968 Waste King.

I love the styling and the cleaning seems almost perfect from the photos, how long are the cycles?

Reggie,

That looks like a fun machine.  I have a question about the detergent dispenser.  It looks like you fill both and then close it.  Does it open 1/2 way for the first wash and then the rest of the way for the second wash?

Thanks.

It’s still not quite as good as the Whirlpool Powerclean, but it’s pretty damn good. And it looks good!!

The dispenser actually opens three times. You’ve got the two cups, the first one pops open in the prewash, then it clunks again in the main wash and opens that cup about 90% of the way, it stays like this until the final rinse, and then it uses that last little bit to actuate again and the cam inside the door actually pushes a plunger on the jet dry dispenser and makes it work. Then the dispenser is all the way open when you open the door at the end of the cycle. If you use either short wash or light steam, you only fill the first cup and close just that one. All the rest you close both regardless. You can fill the prewash or not tho. I always do.

Looks great

Buttons, lights, lock lever, wow! Clean dishes, if I recall correctly these were advertised as the "stainless steel clean Machines" weren't they? Well thought out rack design. Enjoy
