6 year Wedding Anniversary dinner |

 Yesterday marked 6 years since I married the love of my life. With all Dine-In closed I had to DIY. Katie helped me plan the meal and this is what we came up with: Prime NY Strip Grilled Mid rare. Oven Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tails. B-Red Potatoes boiled and finished with herbal butter. Cheddar Bay Biscuits Caesar Salad.
She invented a new top level on the scale she uses to rate my meals. It used to go: Yuck, Not Bad, OK, Good, Very Good, NUM, Num.5 and NUM NUM was the top. Now NUM NUM NUM has been added. (I have only gotten a yuck once in 12 years of cooking for her). I just hope I did not set the bar too high LOL! Enjoy the Pics. Of course the first one is the whole reason I did this.
