This last week I purchased an old SQ "Commercial" washer off ebay for a mere nine dollars and some change. (Felt I had to save it!) It's a model AA4410W and has a slight water leak when running.
I have a new seal and hub kit, as well as a new water pump to go on it. (another steal off the 'bay for 15 bucks!)
My question is this, is there anything I should look out for when doing the job? Any special care that needs to be taken when removing/installing anything? I have worked on a lot of whirlpools in the past but am a newbie on these. Thanks in advance!

I've rebuilt a few of these.

Nothing major to watch out for, just make sure that you replace the bearing under the outer tub. They should've sold it to you with the Seal and hub kit, however it is a seperate item.

To replace the bearing you have to remove the complete outer tub from the base.

When the seals go, water runs down the shaft, directly into the bearing. Its not part of the kit, but its reccomended that it be replaced at the same time.
