That I recall, kids in 1955 did not wear old man pants halfway up their ribcage.  I'd have to look again but

I don't think the Little Rascals did either.  Where do ad agencies get these ideas?

I dunno, I kinda like the “Fred Mertz” look.  I was born in 1964 so was a victim of hip-huggers and bell-bottoms...I like my pants pulled up where they ought to be!
