I can't quite make out the manufacturer but this is a reverse trap toilet. Depending on the design, these can generally be adjusted to work well with lower water tank levels since the bowl holds a small amount of water. Some designs like the early American Standard Modernous work exceptionally well while others provide results at the other end of the spectrum.

This style toilet is rather generic; most manufacturers made something like this. I believe it is actually a "washdown" type, rather than "reverse trap". It may be a Kohler Trylon in Spruce Green, but could easily be most any other brand.

House the parents built in 1964 had lilac bathroom fixtures.  One of my cousins refused to use that toilet when visiting, only the white one in dad's bathroom.
