 I had the same issue with a WU401 that came with the house we bought 5 years ago. I wound up replacing the entire detergent dispenser on mine - the cup had a bimetal heater unit that would cause the 2nd wash cup cover to trip. I'm not sure of the Maytag part number, though - I stripped one out of a curbside find Reverse Rack dishwasher a few years ago and it still worked. | ||
