as many of you have written here , my Miele w4840 broke the (verry very very corroded) spider arm. my question is,does anyone know of a way place or website to get a replacement part? or even a part number would help. |

That having been said, Miele did not sell just the spider arm as separate part, you'll have to purchase entire drum assembly IIRC.
This would make sense since at least in USA Miele north America is NOT going to replace a drum spider, bearings or other parts in residence. If they did to the repair (and that likely would be only if it was under some sort of warranty), entire machine would be shipped to their workshops in New Jersey. There old drum winched out, and new slotted in, everything reattached and connected, machine closed up, tested, then sent back to customer.
