Early 50s Westinghouse.  Top rack has fold back section to permit access to lower rack. This probably also has guaranteed 140F wash, something only WH offered and it meant that the wash portion of the cycle lasted close to an hour. There is a you tube video of this machine in a Westinghouse Theater commercial showing the loading and starting.  Control at the top turns to the left to unlock the tub and to the right to lock and start. It connects to the dial at the bottom.
