Went to an estate sale in Niagara Falls, New York. The owner of the house was a magic chef fan because I found booklets to magic chef washing machine in the house that was gone but I did buy a fabric softener dispenser that will go on my vintage Norge washer I found an avocado green Kenmore dryer for $20 the owner said the dryer outlasted three washing machines I also found other magic chef appliances in the house. The owner never used the top oven. What year is the dryer my aw.org. Friends

Both range and dryer seem to be in excellent shape!!  I'd have to guess late 60s or very early 70s for the dryer.

Tea Kettle

So did you get the Avocado tea kettle to go with it? Looks like it was never used either.

dryer looks like 73/74 and hard to resist.

Even the 1950s red counter top and 4x4 plastic wall tile look like new.

That's a 1971/1972 Kenmore 800. A jewel. Sad the matching washer didn't last all these years.

The Kenmore dryer is a 1973 800

My mother had the matching washer which she bought new in 1973. If it were a 1971 or 72 model the water level and water temp switches would have their markings printed on the clear dial skirts of the knobs not on the control panel as seen in the photo. Also the dryer door handle would be chrome not color keyed plastic. PATRICK COFFEY
