Well the title says it all!

Used to work fine, out of the blue stopped draining. Works fine, if someone is willing to open the door and manually empty the water. The problem is i live on a remote island and especially now because of covid19 is or selfrepair, or forget it...

All the hoses all free of obstruction. I carefully removed and rinsed them all. The pump, rotates but there is no water draining. only circulates in the internal washing "spray". Pretty sure there should be some short of switch which controls if the internal rinser will be used or the drain.

any advice really welcome.

I don't know anything about the machine of question but many dishwashers nowadays have separate pumps for recirculation spray and draining.

There should be two pumps on the machine.

According to your photo, the sump unit is white, the larger wash pump is at the bottom left of the picture (a shade of grey), with the white heater box on the right-hand side.

The drain pump is smaller, and looks to be at the top of the sump in that picture, coloured creamy-beige, attached to the white sump unit.
