The machine has had something way too large washed in it that scraped on the tub cover durning. the spin cycle.
I am sure the comforter or what ever sustained some damage as well.
Top Load washers are not generally suitable for washing baulky bedding, pillows etc, don't believe claims to the contrary, you really need a full sized FL washer to wash large things at home or take them to a large FL machine at a laundromat.

They had to special order it, took about 2 weeks. And came in the factory box with packing. They cut opened the box when they brought it to my home. |
