Interesting appliances on the cooking show "GIRL MEETS FARM",  Molly Yeh. She uses a GE/Hotpoint coil top P7 that's pushed against cabinet with back of control panel exposed. The refer is a modern Smeg. No DW evident. The range is in terrific condition.

Tom, I agree. It's nice to see someone use an "ordinary" stove.

I’ll second that Tom.  I really like her kitchen!  And she does a hella good job producing delicious looking food with a good old fashioned basic kitchen and appliances.  I appreciate that shes not a “show pony”  with a tricked out kitchen.  Real talent doesn’t need props.

The way the backside of the control panel is visible to the viewer reminds me of my great-aunt’s cooking peninsula, which had a similar arrangement.  She tried to hide the backside with knickknacks, which is what I see in Ms. Yeh’s kitchen as well.  My aunt’s stove was a 40″ Frigidaire RD-20-63, so the space to hide was even wider.

I don’t watch very much tv and I had never heard of Molly Yeh, but her popcorn salad is all over the gossip boards today and that brought her to my attention!
