![]() I think that is the oldest Fedders Window A/C I have seen, you may find someone that has a home from the early 50s that would like to buy this.
This is probably around 6000 BTUs and about 5.5 EER so it would not be great at doing a lot of cooling at an economical cost, but imagine the thrill of having this A/C on a hot summer day in 1952.

where Fedders was located back in the day. The brand is still around. Our local schools have them, but the manuf. plate says China. |

I remember these in the Alamo Plaza Motel in Gulfport, Mississippi. It iced up. Our Fedders would ice up if it was run through the night. |
