Are these any good. I know everyone loves the old potscrubbers but I don’t usually hear much about the newer GE machines. I can probably pick it up for $50. Owners say it’s only been used once and based on condition I’m inclined to believe them.

Thats a great buy, you could either resell it and make money or remove all the outer casing and install it in the rental housing you manage.
I would not brother using this DW, they don't hold much and they have very poor water distribution in the upper rack especially if you load it heavily.

I wouldn’t get that, I’d try to find a powerclean or Kenmore ultrawash. I got my portable Whirlpool PC for only 100$ and it’s in like new condition, so try to wait until one pops in you’re area because these GE ones have only one spray arm and they are quite cheap as base line machines. And like it was said they don’t hold much.
