 Dryer serial = March 14-18, 1988 Washer serial = Feb 22-26, 1988 Dryer lint screen is integral to the air outlet, there's a grill that comes off to clean it. | ||

Looks like WP/Kenmore down rated heating power of this dryer. Could swear mine's comes in at about 1400 watts, but doing numbers for one above comes in around 1200 watts (volts x amps ='s watts).
Still all and all you can't kill these vintage WP compact dryers. Mine (in lovely Harvest Gold) just keeps going and going. Even though have blow dryers with higher wattage heating power it does get the job done. Key is to extract the heck out of things to extent possible before putting them in dryer. | ||
