Iam having a problem with my almost new maytag wringer washer N2LP. I think it must have been used only a dozen times. My problem is the pulley. Everytime I put the pump on the pulley seems to move. This causes a knocking sound. So I stop the pump and tighten the screw on the pulley which you need a allen key to fit. My other maytags don't have this kind of nut in it to keep the pulley tight. They have a bolt with a square head on top.I don't know if you can even buy a bolt like this one as Maytag always seems to have their own specific bolts. Hope someone can help me.Thanks so much

Remove the bolt and apply some loctite thread sealant, the blue is good enough. Then tighten. It won't loosen up again. If it would, get the red loctite. You can find it at Walmart or any auto parts store. There's an Allen key socket set you can get to tighten that bolt with a ratchet. Hope this helps
