What's going on with the trim on the doors? Were they inserts for coming attractions or something? With or without them, it's a fugly failure IMO, and would look better without all of that nonsense.
If it were near me, I'd figure something out because the right-hand pull is what I need, and the interior is beautiful enough to compensate for the misguided exterior treatments. This post was last edited 12/29/2021 at 17:26 |

Agree that's an odd exterior trim design. For 50 bucks, though, if it was local I'd grab some help and snatch it up. I'm guessing it weighs several hundred pounds. |

I totally agree with Ralph that the trim detracts from its otherwise good looks. This is a little newer than the original SxS, which is the Kelvinator Foodarama, introduced in the mid 50's. |

Some refrigerators of the 60's had trim around them to fill with decorator panels/wallpaper. That is the only thing I can think of. It also looks like it has a foot pedal, and really a massive freezer for it's age. |
