Hello I’m new here and obsessed with all things old.
I’m an 80’s kid and I hate the way the new washer & dryers function.
I’m searching for a set of working vintage washer & dryer.
I found this set but I can’t find anything online about it.
So I don’t know if it’s a good purchase or not.
Kenmore heavy duty immaculate working condition.
Thank you for any info. you have.

Those appear to be super basic models, and likely what used to be called "loss leaders," which means they were marketed at a too-good-to-be-true rock bottom price point with the intention of getting the customer to choose a higher priced model.  Sales staff would even be instructed not to sell them.

I would guess they're from the (mid?) '90s.
