This is a WIA-63 paired with a 1950-1951 TO-60 dryer. The green/yellow hues are the dead giveaway for it being a 1963 model. 1961/1962 used blue/gray as the color pallet for the control panels, with '61 being the only year for the flat/round diecast selector knobs, vs. stem.
Curious to know what's under the lid - a converted Jet Action agitator assembly or the original 63/64 column. If anyone here picks this up and needs help working on it, let me know! Ben
