Hi Folks - I am trying to get a date on an old E2LS Wringer Washer. It is installed on an old Lightship in Lewes Delaware (a floating museum) and I want to be able to give accurate information to people on tour. The serial number is 34606HS. I believe it was installed in 1968. Would this make sense?

The machine was built in August 1969. This is verified by the index in Volume # 2 of the Maytag Collector's Club, May 2005.
