Excellent! Doing a restoration job of this caliber on one of these machines will get you a great washer that can be used dependably for years to come.

'Molho' (Soak) did not count as a cycle?

Note the labels "3 Programas" (Cycles), "2 Velocidades" (Speeds). The three cycles are '1. Normais' (Normal), '2. Suaves' (loosely Permanent Press), and '3. Delicados' (Delicate), plus there is also 'Molho' (Soak) which did not seem to be included as a cycle like the others. I just checked Google Images of Brastemp dials, and saw the 'Molho' automatically advanced into the 'Normais'. Also, did 'Suaves' feature either a cool-down and/or high agitation and low spin?

Excellent job. That is an excellent washer. Congratulations! Nice job. Hope it will give you many years of trouble free service.
That washer would be my washer of choice.

exactly! the soak is part of the normal cycle...it takes 2 minutes agitating and 28 minutes to soak (on "super luxo" model) or 36 minutes (on "luxo" model). After soaking, the washer automatically continues to the normal cycle;

the "suaves" cycle feature low agitation and high speed spin without the cool-down.

after 1985, the "suaves" cycles has substituted to permanent press cycle thats
just switched for high speed agitation and low speed spin without cool-down. both cycles has 25min

That's Great! It's an interesting machine too. I've never seen a Whirlpool like that before. Thanks for sharing.
