Also part of same auction is a nice 2004 Buick Lesabre Sedan, and vintage Eureka canister vacuum.

Oh I hope someone nabs this. It i rare that a 1963 Kenmore 600 pops up. The last one I remember seeing was in 2010.

Gordon, if you see this, give it some thought.

Have a good one,
James

Interestingly modern Whirlpool washer along side vintage Kenmore isn't up for bid.

That 2004 Buick Lesabre is seeing lots of action. Who knew!

On another note anyone planning on bidding word of advice; get pre-approved early and log in bit ahead of auction start. ProxiBid's website can be sort of funky, and you'll want to be sure of a stable connection before action begins.

Reason why that 2004 Buick LeSabre is getting attention is those have the GM 3800 V6 which arguably was once of the best engines GM ever made in terms of reliability, power, fuel economy. No other engine has been made with those 3 good attributes since the 3800 was discontinued in 2008.

The GM 3800 V6 dates back to 1960/1961 when it started out life as the Buick Fireball V6 which was used in the Special and Skylark around that time. Basically a Chevrolet small block with 2 less cylinders on it.

Funny that the home has two washers. My initial thought was that the Whirlpool was a replacement, but they both appear to be hooked up.

Three days left to bid. Hope someone here gets it.

"Three days left to bid. Hope someone here gets it."

IIRC we have several members in Ohio or thereabouts that might be interested.

Thing about this auction is it's an estate sale with only one day set collection time.

Winning bidder has to arrive within said window of time with proper equipment to shift that washer.

Some auction places doing estate sales will remove smaller items back to their offices for collection later. Winning bidder will usually be charged a fee, but at least it offers an alternative arrangement.

Obviously auction house won't be moving that washer anywhere, nor may they have access to property beyond scheduled collection date window of time.
