Model# LWN432SP115TW01
Serial# 1809045197 I recently bought this washer used for $100 and wanted comments/suggestions on my purchase. The unit operates fine, without any unusual noises, the previous owner was washing a load in it just prior to me picking it up. The machine will be a backup replacement for when I can no longer keep my 22 year old Maytag top loader alive, I plan to disassemble and clean it thoroughly before I place it in storage. What parts, besides the drive belt should I look at replacing while I have it apart, perhaps the water pump, all internal hoses and clamps as well? I'd like it ready to go when the day comes to bid my ultra reliable Maytag Aloha...

![]() This washer was built in September of 2018, do you have any idea how much use it got before you bought it ?
I would take the front off and inspect and clean if necessary but unless you think it got heavy use probably do nothing.
You might want to go ahead and try this washer out, it not only has a greater capacity than your MT but it also spins faster and rinses better, maybe save the MT as the back-up.
