If anyone is wondering, both the 3L560 3/8” x 56” and 3L460 3/8” x 46” belts are available on Amazon and other companies who makes v-belts in various sizes.
One thing I will note though, if you type in “3L560 3/8” x 56” or “3L460 3/8” x 56” in Amazon’s search engine, it won’t came up with many results. If you type in “3L560 v belt or “3L460 v belt” you will come up with more results and available belts Amazon has for sale on their website, just be sure to check for the 3/8” x 56” dimensions. |

Use genuine Maytag belts, they're all over Ebay. Both belts have the proper fabric wrapping. This is especially important for the motor belt as it's designed to momentarily slip for a soft start. The fabric wrap also ensures quiet operation.
311012 Drum Belt 311013 Motor belt 12111213 is the kit for both belts (generally this is cheaper than purchasing both belts individually). |

The local Ace Hardware down the street from me had fabric coated v-belts at one time but went there to see what they had and didn’t have any when I went today. Stopped by a True Value and they had the larger 3L560 3/8” x 56” belt I needed since the larger belt I had on the customized Maytag dryer I am putting together was dry rotted and would probably fail not too long after I got it running and operational. Those may not have the fabric coating to allow for a little bit of a clutching effect when the motor starts up but will save HOH dryers from being taken out of service.
